I’m so glad you’re here!

Hey, I’m Becca!

I’m a therapist who believes healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and free to be yourself. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, overly formal, or clinical. My approach is laid-back, friendly, and conversational. Think less like being clinically observed and more like having an honest, comfortable conversation with someone who's genuinely in your corner. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a little humor when it fits, while offering the professional guidance, insight, and support to help you make meaningful changes.

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, feel more at home in their own minds and bodies, and create a life that genuinely fits who they are. I have a particular passion for autistic and neurodivergent adults, including women who are discovering their neurodivergence later in life and finally beginning to make sense of experiences they may have spent years questioning. Whether you're navigating masking, sensory or emotional overwhelm, burnout, identity shifts, or the realization that you've spent much of your life trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for you, you deserve a space where you don't have to explain away your differences or pretend to be someone you're not.

My approach also resonates with holistic-minded individuals who value a more natural, whole-person perspective on wellness. Maybe you feel most like yourself outdoors, enjoy gardening, embrace a more intentional lifestyle, or are curious about the connection between your mind, body, emotions, and environment. You might also be an entrepreneur, professional, or simply someone who has always felt the pressure to do more, achieve more, and hold everything together. Together, we can explore what helps you feel grounded, build self-trust, navigate life's challenges, and create a way of living that honors your needs, values, and strengths.

My style is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with room for curiosity, creativity, and a holistic perspective. I'm not here to fit you into a box or teach you how to become a better version of someone you're not. I'm here to help you understand how your brain works, recognize your strengths, work with your unique needs, and find practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable and meaningful. I'll bring professional knowledge and therapeutic guidance, but you can expect a real person on the other side of the screen, not a stiff, overly clinical version of what you might picture a therapist to be. Our relationship is professional, but that doesn't mean it has to feel formal or impersonal.

You don't have to know the “right words,” have everything figured out, or show up perfectly. You can swear, ramble, laugh, cry, think out loud, or take a moment to collect your thoughts. You don't have to mask with me, and you don't have to perform being a “good client.” We'll move at your pace, talk things through together, and focus on what actually helps you, not what therapy is supposed to look like.

You deserve a space where you feel accepted, respected, and genuinely cared about. A space where you can let your guard down, make sense of your experiences, and explore what it means to live authentically, on your own terms. I'm here to walk alongside you, offer a fresh perspective when you need one, help you find practical ways forward, and remind you that you don't have to navigate it all alone.
