  • $150 for a 50-minute session, though there are longer session times available at a higher cost.

  • Yes! Texting and e-mail are available for communication related to sessions!

  • No. I am a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. This allows for more flexibility, privacy, and depth in therapy.


    Superbills are available if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

  • Due to licensing regulations, I can only provide therapy to clients who are physically located in Michigan during sessions.

  • That’s completely okay. Many people start therapy with a general sense that something isn’t working. Clarifying goals is often part of the process — you don’t need to have it all figured out before starting.

  • That’s okay. Fit matters in therapy. If it doesn’t feel right, we can talk about next steps or appropriate referrals. Therapy should feel safe and collaborative, not forced.

  • I require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel appointments.

    If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full amount of the of the session.
